You can look forward to flexible online sessions, including after-hours appointments that work for you. For ongoing support, our concierge therapy packages provide weekly check-ins and on-demand access whenever you need it. We prioritise your privacy, our confidentiality guarantee ensures you have a safe, trusted space to focus on your mental wellbeing.
Sessions are offered face-to-face or online through video or phone, based on your preference and location. Online sessions do not require your camera to be on, ensuring you can focus on feeling at ease and fully engaging in the process.
