Face-to-Face Therapy

In a world that often seems to pull us in every direction, taking a moment to pause and connect with someone face-to-face can be incredibly powerful. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just in need of a little support, in-person therapy provides a genuine, human connection that's tough to replicate. At CCL Therapy, Marc Donegan creates a safe and confidential environment where you can dive into what's really going on beneath the surface and start moving forward with clarity and strength.

Let’s find the right support for you—together. If my approach doesn’t quite suit your needs, I’m happy to connect you with trusted therapists or services that do. Whether you’re facing specific challenges or just need guidance, we’ll make sure you get the care that feels right for you.

Your time needs to be well spent and an introductory meeting is the best way to get started.

What to expect

Your face-to-face therapy begins with an initial conversation where we explore what’s bringing you in—whether it’s stress, mood changes, relationship difficulties, or something else. We’ll talk through your background, goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. From there, we’ll create a plan that fits your needs and pace.

Sessions take place in a quiet, comfortable space designed to help you feel safe and supported. If at any point another service might better suit your needs, I’ll provide referral options you can trust.

Accredited therapist

My approach is relational and responsive. I’ll support you with empathy while gently challenging the stories and beliefs you hold about yourself—and others when relevant. This process creates space for real insight and lasting change.
